Etisalat appreciated for sponsorship of Powerboat F1

HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club, presented Etisalat with a certificate of appreciation for its participation in the International Formula 1 Powerboat Championship, which was held in Abu Dhabi on 8th December 2006.

Abdulaziz Al Sawaleh, Chief Human Resources Officer, etisalat, received the certificate on behalf of the Corporation.

HH Sheikh Sultan appreciated Etisalat's participation in the event as main sponsor, and said: "Etisalat has a long relation with the Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club, and its constant support of our activities demonstrates its commitment to the development of sport and sportspersons in the UAE."

Saif Al Suwaidi, Finance and Administration Manager, Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club, said: "Etisalat is one of the most prominent UAE companies established as a socially responsible corporate citizen. Its sponsorship of our Club event this year too has ensured its position as the partner of choice when presenting such world-class events in the UAE.
