The 4th Emirates - Germany Business Summit 2007

The Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the United Arab Emirates has organized a press conference to announce the 4th Emirates-Germany Business Summit 2007 that shall be held in Frankfurt in Germany from 8th to 10th of May 2007.
The 4th Emirates-Germany Summit is organized further to the great success that the previous summit has achieved in Germany, where business deals reached One billion and Nine Hundred Thousand Euros.
The Conference was held at the Federation of Chambers office in Deira, in the presence of the Secretary General - Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce & Industry, H.E Abdullah Sultan, the German Consul General in Dubai, H.E Walter Leuchs, President of INDEX Holding Mr. Abdul Salam Al Madani and official delegate of the German Industry & Commerce office Dr. Jurgen Friedrich.
Several sectors will participate in the summit, and ensure providing the required information for companies and institutions interested in investing in the United Arab Emirates, such as the investment, financial, real estate, Information Technology, Education and Security, in addition to the factories and private firms from both countries.
The summit is getting great support from the German side, represented by the Ministry of Economy, the State of Hessen, the City of Frankfurt, the Office of H.E. the Prime Minister of Hessen State, Frankfurt Municipality and the Department of tourism in Frankfurt, as well as several private companies.
Furthermore, a delegation headed by Her Excellency Sehikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qassimi - Minister of Economy in the United Arab Emirates will attend the summit. Her Excellency will represent officially the United Arab Emirates Government support and inaugurate the summit by holding a welcome speech.
Mrs. Petra Ruth - Mayor of Frankfurt State and H.E. Mr. Roland Koch - Prime Minister of the State of Hessen will represent the Government of Germany, in addition to other high government officials.
There shall be a high participation from several sectors in Germany, as the summit constitutes a vital link for the investment between the United Arab Emirates and Germany.
