To be be held in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 11th to 13th of February 2007 under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Industry, Chairman of Dubai Municipality.

The conference was held at the Emirates Towers, in the presence and support of the Deputy Director General at Dubai Municipality Engineer Hussain Nasser Lootah and the Director of General Projects department at Dubai Municipality Engineer Rashad M. Bukhash and Engineer Anas Al Madani, Vice President of INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions Org Establishment, Member of INDEX Holding.
