Saraya achieves its goals during Cityscape 2006

For the second consecutive year, Saraya achieves a massive success in Cityscape through its occupation of a strategic location within the exhibition with a total area of 460 square meters.

During the event Saraya had a strong presence that reflected its vision and strategy into turning distinctive yet to be developed locations into world-wide luxurious destinations.

"During this worldwide business to business convention, we have officially launched Saraya Islands in Ras Al Khaimah which is due in 2011 as well as participated in sessions that focused on Saraya's vision: building projects in unique existing natural locations and developing them into world travel destinations. Overall the event has been a success in terms of sales for Saraya Aqaba residential units", said Mr. Ali Kolaghassi Vice Chairman and CEO of Saraya. "As for Saraya Islands project, deposit taking process initiated at this convention and marked significant recognition and appreciation", Mr. Ali Kolaghassi added.

Furthermore, the majority of Saraya's booth visitors showed interest in purchasing Saraya Aqaba and Saraya Islands' residential units. The visitors were also given the chance to obtain more information regarding Saraya's present and future projects such as Saraya Dead Sea and Saraya Oman. Within the booth, Saraya had displayed both Saraya Islands' and Saraya Aqaba master plan models.

Cityscape 2006 welcomed 500 exhibitors representing the biggest real estate development, investment, finance, and construction companies from 90 countries, in addition to 35,000 participants including key investors and businessmen, property developers, architects, designers as well as economic and real estate specialists.
