Fares Saeed, General Manager at Diamond Investments, said: "We are keen that Diamond Investments becomes synonymous with quality homes offered at affordable prices. While we have experienced a slight delay in the handover due to circumstances beyond our control, each of our customers have been informed personally."
He added: "It is not enough that we handover the property to our customers. We want to have their feedback on a range of topics including their experiences in dealing with Diamond Investments, their property as a whole, their moving in experience and the areas in which they would welcome improvements. This insight will be extremely useful in helping us enhance the experience for the remaining buildings in the Marina Diamond offering."
Overlooking spectacular views of the waterfront, Marina Diamond II, with its 266 units, is one of six towers being developed by Diamond Investments and showcases the high standards that will be a feature of each residential building. The exterior of the stunning tower boasts a façade of aluminium and glass cladding, which helps to set the tone for the interior.
Saeed concluded: "We appreciate the patience that our customers have displayed in the face of the delay. Only a few floors remain to be handed over in Marina Diamond II and are committed to satisfying our obligations and addressing our customers' concerns."
