Dubai Courts' judges and department heads attend Al Fursan programme on organisational excellence

Following the successful launch of the one year leadership programme - 'Al Fursan' - in September, the Dubai School of Government hosted a session on 'Organisational Excellence' - the first of a six segment training programme for a select group of judges and department heads of Dubai Courts, from 10-11 December.
Nabil Ali Alyousuf, Executive President of Dubai School of Government said: "Government organizations are constantly seeking to update the knowledge and skills of its employees, to ensure a right fit of professionalism and employee performance with the UAE's fast pace of development.
"The 'Al Fursan' programme has been designed exclusively to serve the training needs of the Dubai Courts. A component of our customised Executive Training package, it is yet another reflection of our commitment to leadership development in the UAE."
Ahmed Bin Hazeem, Director of Dubai Courts said: "Al Fursan is the first programme of its kind to be conducted internally by a government department, with participants selected on the basis of merit. Apart from motivating our employees, the 'Al Fursan' programme also serves as a quality benchmark to boost efficiency within the organization. By the end of this year, we hope to see an overall impact on the services of the Dubai Courts."
