Dubai Courts' judges and department heads attend Al Fursan programme on organisational excellence

The remaining segments of the 'Al Fursan' programme will focus on leadership and management of change; strategic thinking and planning; measurement and development of organizational performance; and financial management. It will, conclude with a panel discussion among regional and international experts on 'Best Management Practices in Government Organisations'.
