Xpert Learning announces launch of Ossidian's new e-Learning module

Xpert Learning, the UAE's leading provider of e-Learning solutions, has announced the addition of a new module, Introduction to Voice-over-IP (VoIP), to its vendor-partner, Ossidian's growing library of e-Learning courses.

The new module will cover subjects like: Convergence and the Voice Network; Voice over IP Concept; Qos Protocols; Gateways; Gateway and Routing Protocols; H. 323; Session Initiation Protocol (SIP); SIP Technology; Security and Case Examples; VoIP v6, etc.

"This module on VoIP is a timely addition to our library as the telecom industry in the whole of Gulf region is undergoing a tremendous transition.
