Internet Heroes launched at GITEX to rescue Dubai from errant technology

Internet Heroes, the latest venture of Dubai based netlinkblue llc was recently launched at the Gulf IT Expo 2006 (GITEX), one of the largest and most popular IT expo in the region.
While launching an aggressive marketing campaign about the service and choosing to introduce the service at GITEX, aurora said that the idea struck him when many of his friends kept calling him to repair their computer problems.
"I ended up spending a considerable amount of time fixing some of their problems, be it setting up a wireless system to helping them configure their MP3. We realized that people need professional help. That is where we would like to come in and offer our services," said aurora.
Internet Heroes is a first of its kind service in the Emirates region. This service is easily accessible to customers in need, by simply dialing the hotline number, which links to the Internet Heroes call centre in Dubai. Once the problem is recognized, a support ticket is raised immediately. Thereafter depending on the customer's requirement, an internet hero will either resolve the problem over the phone, via remote access or reach your resident /work place at the earliest. Their priority will be to reach there as soon as possible, be it at any time of the day.
The company currently employs 20 trained and well qualified engineers and plans to increase the number soon. These 20 engineers called "Heroes" will provide emergency services for your technology related problems no matter where your computers were purchased or what time of day it is.
Mr. aurora added that Internet Heroes mission was to alleviate Dubai's computer problems, educate people to fearlessly embrace technology and practice the art of human interaction. "Our agents are definitely going to be heroes after they solve problems."
