The winners were judged by an eminent panel of experts led by etisalat's Chairman, Mohammad Hassan Omran. Awards were presented by HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Department of Planning & Economy of Abu Dhabi, alongside Walid Akawi, Managing Director of ITP- the organizers of the Arabian Business Awards.

The categories at this years awards were Businessman of the Year, Businesswoman of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Social Responsibility of the Year, Property Company of the Year, Financial Institution of the Year, Bank of the Year, IT Company of the Year, Telecom Company of the Year, Retail Company of the Year, Manufacturing Company of the Year, and a Special Award for Outstanding Contribution to Middle East Development.
Etisalat supports activities and events across various industries and demographics, and has been recognized as a socially responsible corporation.
