'The new branch is the first in Abu Dhabi to sport the new look of our bank and it is in keeping with the promise we made to our customers to bring the best in banking to answer all their needs.'

He also added saying, 'This new branch has all the latest in banking technology and will serve the varied needs of our customers in Abu Dhabi. We intend to follow this launch with more branches in the near future.'

The new branch is customer-centric in design and décor and is a full-fledged branch offering retail banking, private banking, brokerage office - all bundled with the new banking experience that CBI is currently offering.

The two-storied facility includes telephone banking, Internet banking on premises and the convenient location means plentiful parking space for the bank's customers

In addition to its branch expansion plans, CBI has a host of innovative ideas in the pipeline, and will soon be introducing customised products to suit today's evolving customer needs extending towards real estate, Islamic banking and brokerage services.
