RTS will offer a range of IP services including Voice over Broadband Telephony, IP Conferencing and Prepaid Calling to customers throughout the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait via its growing network of service provider partners.
