The Fourth Dubai International Conference of Medical Sciences starts today

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai Minister of Finance Industry and sponsor of the Medical Sciences Award, the Fourth Dubai International Conference of Medical Sciences starts Tuesday at the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel, Dubai
The conference that lasts four days, discusses medical issues that have been selected by the winners of the Award, and other eminent scientists in their field subjects. Subjects include Molecular and Cellular Pathology of Neurological Disorders, which is also the topic of the Sheikh Hamdan International Award this session. In the last decade, neurosciences and their applications evolved very quickly, and today remain one of the most challenging fields in life sciences. There have been several discoveries in this field that has made it a research-rich domain.
Other issues at the conference include three topics chosen for the Award of Best Scientific Research. The topics are: the Biology of Aging, Cytokines in Pathogenesis & Therapy of Diseases and the Pathogenesis of Hypertension.
The selection of topics this year is in line with the developments and changes that have coincided with huge discoveries, leading to a better understanding of medical science relating to these diseases, and new forms of treatment that the discoveries have allowed. The lectures and discussions will illustrate the expertise of the researchers in these fields and will be underlined by the lectures of the winners of the Award, in addition to the lectures of other international researchers. The presentations will outstandingly show participants the most effective techniques of scientific research.
This year, comprehensive lectures have been allocated to the winners of the Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for presenting the results and fruits of their research.
