EDUTECH implements technology enabled solutions in over 590 Oman schools to realize Ministry of Education's vision

This follows the Oman Ministry of Education's (MoE) vision to introduce children to technology by integrating it with all areas of learning to help them hone essential 21st century skills through optimum use of technology.

The total value of the EDUTECH solutions being implemented in the 90 schools is more than AED 0.9 million. In the last five years, the Ministry of Education has invested in EDUTECH solutions worth approximately AED 3 million.

His Excellency Yahya Bin Saud Bin Mansour, Minister of Education, Oman, said,

Our association with EDUTECH has been a long and fruitful one and we look forward to this partnership as we bring in more and more schools under the wings of technology."

"Over the years, teaching methodologies have undergone major changes with an increased emphasis on 'learner-centered techniques'. Our solutions are designed keeping in line with these changes and address specific educational needs of the children. We have also arabised some of the software to be used in certain schools," he added.

In the last five years, EDUTECH has implemented various solutions in Oman's schools that help students experience real-life art media while working on projects, backgrounds and animation.
