Solidarity Financial experts shared their insights on Takaful by covering various issues related to operations, product structuring, marketing, finance and accounting, investments and asset management, training, sales and pricing. Besides, they covered an overview on the history and development of Takaful.
On this occasion, Mr. Ashraf Bseisu said:
"Our decision to conduct the workshop is derived from our commitment to support the Takaful industry and those working in the kingdom of Bahrain. Providing this Takaful workshop especially through partnering with the BIBF highlighted the importance of facilitating an informative flow between industry experts within Islamic and conventional insurance to build a successful platform that we can all start from."
On the other hand, Mr. Bassel Hanbali, Head of Corporate Communication and Marketing, commented: "The goal is to convene and discuss the future of Takaful as a mean to help individuals and businesses plan for their financial needs."
Hanbali added:" The Takaful workshop attracted delegates from several markets including Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE. What Solidarity aimed to achieve is to capture the various opinions of financial professionals and industry experts to help in the development of this industry."
"It is vital for Solidarity and companies from the private sector to constantly hold informative and interactive workshops that highlights and analyze the developments within the kingdom and how best we can all work together to provide the highest standards of living."
