Since inception, Solidarity's main objective was to provide a wide range of competitive Sharia'h compliant Takaful products in the kingdom of Bahrain. The focus was to offer protection financial solutions to fulfill the changing needs of individuals, families and businesses. Solidarity's agreement with Mannai Motors represented how keen Bahraini institutions are tying up for further strategic growth. The Agreement was signed by Sameer Al Wazzan, Solidarity CEO, and Talal AL Mannai, Vice president AL Mannai Motors.
On the opening of the Customers Service center, Sameer AL Wazzan announced: "The conventional and Islamic Insurance market in the kingdom has witnessed a significant growth in the last few years. Takaful providers have reacted positively by directly responding to the growing demand for safety and protection General Takaful products. They realized the scope of this unique and ever-expanding Islamic system of insurance; and hence combined effort to deliver unmatched risk management solutions that provides the utmost safety and protection against the widest possible risks."
"Solidarity identified the need for General Takaful and started since inception to deliver competitive, innovative and promising safety and protection Islamic insurance products that are fully compliant with the guiding principles of Islamic Sharia'h. Moreover, and since we are keen to compete on all levels, our general division signed an agreement with Mannai Motors making them our authorized service center." Added Al Wazzan
"In addition, we opened our first Customers Service Center in Salemabad area to attend to all our Motor claims aiming to provide the highest possible services." Concluded Al Wazzan

"There has been phenomenal growth in the General Takaful sector in the GCC and particularly in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This rapid growth posed the need for strategic alliances to deliver competitive products and best services possible. Solidarity - General Takaful division demonstrated the latter by signing an agreement with Mannai Motors and opening its first Customers Service center; where it will offer a quick services in a fully equipped and computerized Automotive center capable of repairing all types of electronic and body repairs, including chassis repairs, body aligning, denting and painting."
Datta also emphasized that Solidarity will continue to deliver competitive and innovative Takaful products that comply with Islamic Sharia'h to meet market expectations.
Solidarity's principal objective is to be the leading Takaful Company globally by providing a full range of Takaful products to the highest standards of services possible. To achieve this objective, the board of directors lately approved a capital injection of US$175 million for our existing US$100 million paid up capital to have a total paid up capital of US$275 million.
