Cyberoam, the provider of Identity-based Unified Threat Management (UTM) appliances for Internet security, today announced a five-day Partner Training Program in Egypt in association with GateWorx, Cyberoam's exclusive distributor for the region.
The Cyberoam Partner Training Program aims to empower its partners from Egypt, Libya and Saudi Arabia with complete information on changing threat scenario and network security needs of enterprises.
'Cyberoam's Partner Training Program is designed to strengthen the technical and security expertise of our partners," says Harish Chib, VP-Marketing, Cyberoam. "Identity-based internet security enables enterprises to create security policies in accordance with their business requirements while maintaining high levels of threat protection. The program's focus is on training our partners to understand enterprise requirements and help them create security policies accordingly."
The in-depth training includes detailed understanding on how Cyberoam identifies the user, eliminating anonymity within network unlike IP-address based solutions, thus offering a clear view of usage and threat patterns for user identity-based dynamic policy setting.
"The program helps partners to deploy Cyberoam's identity-based security in accordance with customer's security requirement thus providing proactive defense against emerging internet threats especially in the mobile world," says Mohamed Haroon, General Manager, GateWorx.
Cyberoam internet security appliances offer the complete set of security features - Firewall-VPN, Anti-virus, Anti-spam, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Content Filtering in addition to Bandwidth Management and Multiple Link Load Balancing and Gateway Failover over a single platform. Cyberoam's gateway level security protects enterprises from Internet threats, including spyware, phishing, pharming, viruses, worms, Trojans and more.
