- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, December 28 - 2006 at 14:33
- PRESS RELEASE
As if finding the job of your dreams was not enough, Bayt.com, the Middle East's number one job site, is offering the chance to win USD1,000 and two free business class return tickets to any destination in Europe to a lucky professional who was hired using its award-winning services.
Rabea Ataya, CEO of Bayt.com, said, "Due to popular demand, Bayt.com has re-launched its 'Bayt Works for Me!' initiative to reward the most inspirational success stories from people we have helped. 'Bayt Works for Me!' is a valuable opportunity to interact with our customers, and it's a way for other job seekers to receive encouragement and advice as they look for a new career or change of employment."
A 'Bayt Works for Me!' link now appears on the Bayt.com website to receive entries. All registered Bayt.com users who have found work through the site are invited to recount their success stories in less than 1,000 words by January 31, 2007.
The best entries will be published on the site allowing visitors to vote for the most inspirational piece. Three finalists will be short-listed and the candidate with the highest number of votes will win the grand prize.
The grand prize winner will receive USD1,000 and two business class tickets to a European destination of his or her choice courtesy of Lufthansa.
Ataya said, "The grand prize winner will be announced at the end of March so there is plenty of time to polish your writing skills and send your success stories. The users of the Bayt.com site are the real judges of this competition, and they'll be looking for the most motivational, unique and honest entries."
Ataya added, "The fact that our database exceeds 1.25 million registered users shows that the Bayt.com service delivers, but job seekers benefit from the experiences of other successful members. We want to harness their knowledge, and 'Bayt Works for Me!' is a great way to do just that."
