Al Ghurair City is offering shoppers discounts of up to 50% as part of its Dubai Shopping festival promotion and to mark its 25th anniversary. Shoppers spending a minimum of Dhs200 will receive a raffle coupon that will entitle them to enter two draws, on January 11 and February 3. The two winning tickets will each win a BMW 7 Series car.
