- PRESS RELEASE
Global software major, Adobe Systems Incorporated, has appointed Applied Digital Media Services (ADMS) as its authorised training centre to stage training programmes targeted at the region's booming graphic designing, creative community, partners and end-users.
"With an increasing demand for creative and design specialists in the regions, there is a growing need to address training requirements of the fast evolving video and graphics industry," said Mohammad Khasrow, President, ADMS, Dubai. "Through our workshops we aim to highlight and explain in depth the range of powerful new functionalities and user-friendly options available in Adobe's newly introduced Acrobat 8, Creative Suite 2.3, Flash Professional 8, Studio 8, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Photoshop software."
The first in the workshop series were held at the ADMS training centre at Dubai's Knowledge Village and were conducted by Adobe's international experts including Design Evangelist Mohammed Jogie, Indesign Product Specialist Noha Edell and industry-leading freelance animator and graphics artist for TV, video and multimedia, Angie Taylor.
"Through our affiliation with ADMS and in association with Grapheast, we are providing partners and end-users with an interactive workshop environment where Adobe's world-class experts could give participants live demonstrations of the various products and a platform to address their queries," said Andrew Lindstrom, Adobe's Regional Manager, Middle East and Africa.
In partnership with ADMS, Adobe plans more such workshops for industry professionals and regional training partners.
