Iraq considers Kirkuk tender

Iraq is set to issue tenders for crude oil from its northern Kirkuk fields currently held at Turkey's Ceyhan port, reported Reuters. Stocks have climbed above 4m barrels after pumping resumed from January 1-3. It is likely the tender, to be issued by Iraq's oil marketing company Somo, will be for the full amount.
