Hotel Golden Oasis steps up its expansion

Hotel Golden Oasis, a budgeted luxury hotel in Al Wadi Al Kabir is to expand with an estimate cost of US $ 2.5 million.
Construction work started on 2nd Jan.'07 and will be ready for operation beginning of 2008.
The new building located near to the existing hotel will be linked. The new lobby will face the Al Bustan roadside and the elevation will have an Arabic style.
The 3150sqm building will have 6 floors and comprise 33 additional rooms with suites, huge lobby with shopping arcade, business centre, lobby lounge, multi-purpose hall and international restaurant on the top floor.
"Recently we are running short of rooms as there are high demands. We are the only decent and budgeted class hotel in the capital area, we earned a reputation for caring, timely and unobtrusive services and excelling in the vital aspects of hospitality, orderliness, efficient maintenance and luxuries are our strength" said Faisal al Farsi.
"We are planning state-of-the-art facilities and will upgrade our existing category" Khalid al Farsi General Manager added.
