Dana Gas $950m Centurion buy

The UAE-based Dana Gas has completed its acquisition for $950m of Centurion Energy International, after shareholders approved the deal. Centurion's shares will be de-listed from the Toronto and London stock markets on 11 January 2007. The acquisition allows Dana gas to expand its exploration and production of gas. Centurion has ten development leases and four exploration licenses in Egypt, Tunisia, and offshore West Africa.
