Originally from Germany, Glaessing is a seasoned hotelier with 12 years of vast international hospitality experience. She is not a stranger to the Middle East region, and to the United Arab Emirates in particular. Anke Glaessing has started her career with Le Meridien Abu Dhabi in 1995 and was associated with them for five years. Afterwards, she was working in United Kingdom, Thailand, and her last post abroad was as Director of Rooms in Le Meridien Jakarta, Indonesia.
In the new challenging role as Executive Assistant Manager of the property Anke will be directly involved in overseeing and managing intensive day-to-day operation of hotel & suites, which includes 390 rooms inventory, food & beverage department with 10 award winning outlets and ample conference & meeting facilities. The key objectives of her new assignment will be to provide all necessary assistance to the General Manager in operational matters in order to ensure high levels of guest services standards & satisfaction.
