Altitude Software receives Customer Inter@ction Solutions® Magazine's 2006 Product of the Year Award

Altitude Software, a leading independent contact centre solutions vendor, announced today that the Altitude Fast Script Builder has received a 2006 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC®) Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine (www.cismag.com).

Customer Inter@ction Solutions has been the leading publication covering CRM, call centers and teleservices since 1982.

The Altitude Fast Script Builder, part of the Altitude Script Studio, is an intuitive but powerful interface for contact centre campaign flows and agent desktop screens creation. It enables non-technical / business development staff to create campaigns "on the fly", building full multimedia interaction flows to customer specifications and for use by contact centre agents in Windows and web desktops.
