According to Limitless' contract with the developer, AAA Group are compelled to receive Limitless' approval on the design before any announcement to ensure it is in line with the Development Code and building rules and regulations set for Jumeirah Village Master Plan. The design announced in yesterday's media has not been submitted nor approved by Limitless.
