Mashreqbank relocates Main Branch in Qatar to new location

Mashreqbank recently announced the relocation of its Main Branch to a new modern branch, which is situated on the ground floor of the "Hussain Fikhry Building", 'C' Ring Road, Doha and will continue to offer a range of retail banking options and corporate services.

"We have been a key player in the banking industry in the UAE for a long time now and have consistently tried to provide our clients with quality service. As part of our expansion plan, we have set up bases in most of GCC countries and Qatar with its flourishing economy is a very lucrative and attractive region. With the relocation of our main branch to a better location here we gain accessibility to a greater part of our Qatari clientele said AbdulAziz Al Ghurair, CEO of Mashreqbank at the opening ceremony.

Covering an area of 650 sq meters, the new outlet can accommodate 50 customers at a given time. The branch has dedicated parking lots with large public parking area on the side of the branch.

The new branch will offer a full range of corporate and retail banking products and services including credit cards, MashreqMillionaire, personal loans, saving accounts, investment products, fixed and unfixed deposits. The new branch employs 20 staff including Qatari Nationals.

Atif Bajwa, Head of Retail Banking Group commented, "The relocation of the main branch is part of the bank's commitment to expand wisely and to be able to reach to all of our customers regardless of location in Qatar."

Mashreqbank is one of the fast growing banks in the Gulf region; Mashreqbank has received numerous international awards, particularly for quality management. According to independent researchers it has more ISO certified operations than any other bank in the region "by a wide margin".
