du will sponsor all the five media centres at Abu Dhabi during the regional biennial sports event.
The du media centres will comprise an innovative mix of technology and creativity, providing media with the opportunity to not only work more efficiently and comfortably but also have fun at the games. A custom designed portal for the media centres will provide comprehensive information on all the football teams, match schedules and history of the tournament.

The media centers in Abu Dhabi will be located at the Armed Forces Officers Club, Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, Al Nahyan Stadium, Zayed City Sports Stadium and Millennium Hotel.
du's hi-tech Lounge-part of the media centre at the Armed Forces Officer's Club in Abu Dhabi, is designed to delight the media and give them a relaxing, fun environment to unwind. The Lounge will be kitted out with plasma TVs broadcasting live coverage of the Gulf Cup and specially created programmes; gaming consoles, Playstations and a host of other recreational activities. In keeping with the general spirit of friendly competition, there will be competitions with prizes to be won by the media as well.

With the tournament's popularity growing in size, the 2007 Gulf Cup is expected to attract large crowds of sports enthusiasts from across the region.
