DAMAC's Abu Dhabi Sales center has successfully launched the Oceanscape project in Al Reem Island and manages the company's client's in the capital city of UAE. DAMAC's Abu Dhabi office employees over 22 people.
Oceanscape project, managed by DAMAC's Abu Dhabi office, will be located at the renowned Al Reem Island. The project provides the ultimate in luxury lifestyle and its sea facing location and ultra modern design will make it the most sought after address in Abu Dhabi. The development is an iconic mixed-use undertaking, including 184 one, two, and three bedroom apartments with state-of-the-art luxury finishing and 8 townhouses. Oceanscape won the CNBC Arabian Property Award last year based on its location, appearance and finish, safety and innovation and the marketing campaigns that were undertaken to launch the project.
