Breaking with Dubai tradition, Le Grand Château broke ground and launched their sales on the same day.

Al Fara'a Properties, the developers behind Le Grand Château, have announced the simultaneous sales launch and construction of their project. The development comprises of luxurious G+2 townhouses and a residential apartment block of 185, spacious studios, 1, 2 and 3 bed roomed apartments, all with covered car parking. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2008.

Commenting on the launch of the company's first freehold development in Jumeirah Village, Mr. J.R.
