Reliance to build Yemen refinery

India's Reliance Industries will set up a 50,000 barrels-per-day refinery in Yemen in a joint venture with the local Hood Oil, according to the Press Trust of India. Construction will start this year and take 36 months. Reliance also has exploration licences for onshore blocks 34 and 37 in Yemen.
