Inter Emirates launch the Eye Tower, the Rose Tower at Emirates City, Ajman

The Eye Tower and the Rose tower were unveiled at a grand ceremony today.

The Eye Tower- commercial tower, the first commercial tower in the Emirates City, is engineered to create the perfect work environment where minute details have been conceptualized with the sole intention to enhance productivity. At the same time, the Tower has been designed in a way to make sure that the workers get maximum comfort. All aspects of professional needs, lighting, lifts, views and locations have been taken into account in designing the tower.

The Rose Residential Tower, one of the most attractive investment properties in Ajman, epitomizes grandeur and offers ideal homes for successful people. The total cost of development of the Eye Commercial tower is towers is AED 350 million and the Rose -residential tower is AED 250 million. The projects are expected to complete by the year 2009 and the bookings for both towers is currently underway.
