Mr. Girish Dabrai, Managing Director, Zenith Events stated, 'The first edition of the Dual Automation & Self-service show in 2006 received an immense response from the exhibitors, visitors, media and the Dubai Government. We are delighted to have the backing of KioskCom (JD Events) to make the next edition of this exhibition a bigger and better event.'
KioskCom is the world's largest and longest running kiosk and self-service conference and tradeshow, delivering business solutions focusing on interactive self-service programs to a highly qualified audience in the areas of retail, finance, hospitality, tourism, health care, government, gaming/entertainment, hospitals, restaurants, QSR's, financial services, ticketing, photo and other industries.
The Middle East is a rapidly growing market for kiosks and self-service technology, and KioskCom Middle East, alongside Vending Middle East is expected to attract over 4,000 visitors- buyers, importers, distributors and traders from all over the Middle East, the Pan Arab region, the Indian Sub-Continent, the Levant region, North Africa and the CIS countries.
'We are very pleased to be working with Zenith Events to bring KioskCom to the Middle East. They are known as a professional group that can organize a trade show that brings value to its customers,' said Lawrence Dvorchik, General Manager of KioskCom.
The show, supported by NAMA (National Automatic Merchandising Association), EVA (European Vending Association), JVMA (Japan Vending Manufacturers Association), ATMIA, Euro Kiosks Network and the Self-Service & Kiosk Association, will cater to all industries which can benefit from self-service technology, thereby reducing costs and wait-time, increasing revenues and customer satisfaction and improving customer service.
'What we have found to be a very successful model is to work with quality trade show organizers that are based in the local markets, such as Zenith, to ensure proper understanding of the local cultures and the unique market dynamics, while bringing our expertise on the kiosk and self-service industry to the table. It truly is a win-win for all parties, as we will now be working closely to provide the best possible event for the attendees and exhibitors in the Middle East,' commented Joel Davis, CEO, JD Events.
According to Ms. Sarita Lakhiani, Project Executive at Zenith Events, 'It's a major coup for us that KioskCom has chosen to work with us. The Middle East is now being exposed to self-service technology, which is expected to grow leaps and bounds in the coming years.'
Among the leading industry players who have confirmed their participation at the Expos are APW, Ultimedia, Kiosk Information Systems, Aptec Kiosk services, Kiosk Technology Systems, SelfTech Worldwide Ltd, Aram & Hagop, Custom Engineering, CED Jordan, Friendlyway, Hemisphere West Europe Ltd, XN Asia, Electrone limited, Japan cash machine, Zupera Technology and Nidec Sankyo Europe.
