Opec cuts demand estimates

Opec has cut its forecast for this year's world oil demand growth to 1.5% from 1.6%, Reuters reported. The group said in its monthly report that demand will reach 85.39m bpd in 2007. The Paris-based International Energy Agency, which advises oil consuming countries, had earlier cut its demand growth estimate to 1.6% from 1.7%.
