DPS expands IBS Division in parallel with INTERSEC 2007

Rami Al-Naghi - IBS Division Manager, is set to deliver a keynote speech on IP Convergence Security Solutions.

The exhibition is the largest event in the Middle East for commercial security, policing, fire, health and safety with DPS's participation crucial as the company prepares to expand its IBS division in the commercial security sectors.

'INTERSEC 2007 promises to be a significant opportunity for DPS and offers us a chance for prospects and clients to understand the new IBS technologies and systems we can integrate,' said Rami Al-Naghi.

DPS is hoping to corner the 'Commercial Security' section of the exhibition with products including building automation and IP control systems, security products, and wireless surveillance systems. Other products on display at INTERSEC 2007 include Pedestrian Barriers, Access Control Systems which including technologies for facial, fingerprint, voice and iris recognition.

Automatic Systems (AS) will be part of DPS stand at INTERSEC 2007 with a view to emphasizing the growing importance of the Gulf and UAE markets for AS to introduce its new gate technologies.

Bernard Verdonck of Automatic Systems said: 'Today is an era of comfort and convenience, but also security.
