Sage signs Seven Seas as SalesLogix CRM partner

Sage Software has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Seven Seas to market its mid-market customer relationship management (CRM) software SalesLogix in the UAE.
The mid-range CRM market is booming in Europe and the US and represents a huge market for Sage in the region. The incorporation of SalesLogix into the Sage Middle East portfolio has meant a need to realign its channel and Sage M.E. has appointed Seven Seas as a business partner for the UAE.
"Seven Seas has been a SalesLogix partner for some time through Europe and has a number of successful SalesLogix implementations. We are delighted to continue this associated with Seven Seas in the region and see considerable business opportunities through the partnership," said Shishir Sirvastava, Executive Director of Sage Software Middle East.
"This move by Sage Middle East adds significant momentum to the SalesLogix push in the UAE," said Mehboob Hamza, Director of People and Strategy. "The value add of having dedicated OEM local support in country combined with the value-add and experience we have internally at Seven Seas will see us capitalize on a vast market opportunity in the mid rage CRM space. SalesLogix hits this sweetspot of price combined with high functionality which will bring the benefits of a CRM installation to the SME market," added Hamza.
Sage is keen to develop the partnership with Seven Seas, which capitalises on its installation experience running the package in-house for improvements in productivity and sales automation.
Shishir Sirvastava, Executive Director of Sage Software Middle East commented, " One of the reasons why Sage choose Seven Seas is because they use SalesLogix and are well positioned to explain the benefits of CRM to local companies. Seven Seas have also developed add-ons such as Voice Integration for help desks and call centers, integration to other software packages such as Lotus Notes."
