'Having a strong infrastructure is vital for the success of an event such as the Commercialbank Qatar Masters so we are delighted to have the support of both Avis and Aramex,' said Commercialbank Group CEO Andrew Stevens.
While Aramex plays a key role as the tournament's official courier company carrying vital correspondence between the event, player management companies and both the PGA European Tour and Asian Tour who co-sanction the event, Avis is on board in its role as Official Tournament Transport provider.
'The Commercialbank Qatar Masters is one of the premier sporting occasions in the Middle East so naturally we are delighted to be involved as an official supporter,' said Aramex Country Manager Qatar Mohammad Alkhas.
Avis Country Manager Qatar Vijay Kumar also believes involvement with the tournament can only bring value to the company. 'Qatar is pushing forward with ambitious plans on the sporting front and we are keen to be part of that ambition,' he said.
