Gargash, communications system

Gargash Enterprises, the general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has introduced a new communications system in order to improve customer service standards. The new software programme, called RTC Connect, is now operational at the firm's Deira workshop in Dubai and will be installed in all other Gargash Enterprises showrooms by March.
