Dubai's first personalised fitness Studio, Body Butlers, opens in Green Community

Located in The Market in the Green Community, Body Butlers is Nautilus' latest and most advanced fitness studio ever offering a comprehensive range of personalised fitness services. True to its name, the studio delivers fitness to the doorstep via Personal Trainers (Body Butlers) who will go out into the market to homes, residential gyms etc. in addition to its excellent facilities at the studio.

Positioned as a very private studio for customized fitness services, the studio is split into three areas, i.e. Personal Training Studio, Group Fitness Studio and an Administration Office.

Body Butlers is Nautilus' first such initiative to take personalized training to new levels and has positioned this advanced fitness studio away from clichéd gymnasiums and fitness centers that currently dot the expanding city.

Its main focus has been on convenience, ambience and décor, personalized fitness services and a very result-oriented fitness regime. The studio does not offer membership and relies on personalized and supervised services from personal trainers for individuals or groups.

Combining innovative use of personal training methods with modern lifestyle requirements, Body Butlers offers personal training packages and studio classes utilizing Nautilus' advanced equipment and experience in fitness and health.

The studio has a 12 station Expressway, Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Cycles, Steppers and Rowers, plus free weights, benches, Freedom Trainer and Power Plate.

Body Butlers has plans to offer children's activities in the future such as, youth fitness training, ballet, karate, dance classes etc. The club is easily accessible to the tenants of the Green Community, DIP and Courtyard Marriott, Ewan Residences, Arabian Ranches, Springs, Meadows, Gardens etc.

Body Butlers fitness regime and facilities have been designed with attention to detail and attract mums/housewife's for daytime activities, i.e. classes and Personal Training (PT), dads and business men/women, early morning classes and PT before leaving for the office, plus evening classes and PT after work. Additional activities for children in the afternoons have been included for the surrounding nurseries and schools.
