Dubai is becoming an increasingly popular location for filming television commercials, with 180 shoots expected in 2007 compared to 90 in 2006, according to Campaign. Weather and landscape are the main reasons for film companies choosing the UAE, with Dubai Media City, Dubai Creek, beaches, Sheikh Zayed Road and Hatta the most popular locations.
