Forsyth Partners appoints new global Head of Intermediary Relationships

Dubai headquartered global asset management group, Forsyth Partners Global Distributors Limited, today announced that it has appointed Geoffrey Tait as the new global Head of Intermediary Relationships.

In July 2006, Forsyth Partners relocated its global headquarters from the UK to Dubai and became the first asset management company to be headquartered at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Geoff relocated to Dubai from Forsyth Partners in Jersey where he joined in July 2004 as a Sales Director responsible for Forsyth's life company relationships. Prior to joining Forsyth, Geoff worked for 19 years with Fidelity Investments International where he held various positions in sales territories including Offshore UK, Offshore Europe, Ireland, Middle East and Non-resident alien business in the US. Geoff's regional experience includes a two year stint with the National Commercial Bank in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

At Forsyth Partners, Geoff will have overall responsibility for intermediary relationships and will be based in the landmark Gate Building within the DIFC. He will oversee intermediary relationships for Forsyth Partners subsidiaries in various countries including the Dubai based DFSA regulated world-wide distribution business, Forsyth Partners Global Distributors Ltd and regional operations, Forsyth Partners (Middle East) Ltd.

Commenting on his appointment, Geoffrey Tait said, "I am really excited to relocate to Dubai and work at Forsyth's global head quarters. I look forward to my tenure in Dubai and welcome the opportunity to work at the world's newest financial centre.
