Bizentro is Samsung SDS' ERP solution for small and medium enterprises equipped with SCM (Supply Chain Management), CRM (Customers Relationship Management), and e-procurement functions. It is a total solution designed to enhance productivity, efficiency, ROI, reducing business costs and inventory. With this web-based advanced architecture, Samsung SDS has established over 500 reference sites around the world and this project is the first in the Middle East. Built on open architecture, it is customisable to existing systems and quick to implement. Bizentro is also Microsoft Certified. Bizentro's ease-of-use functionality has been designed with small and medium enterprise manufacturing in mind and has been localised to support several targeted languages.
Samsung SDS have completed deployment of their Bizentro in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Africa, Turkey and UAE. Locally owned service centres including SMB, NEC, Al-Andalus, Al-Mawared, SAMA will benefit from increased operational efficiencies and the customers of small and large electric appliances, from TV to fridges, will get advantages of an increased customer service at all service centres. An initial 700 users will be able to log into Bizentro ERP, which will support all national and local service centre needs.

Samsung SDS announces major ERP deal across Middle East
Samsung SDS, a global IT Solutions and Services Provider announces today at GITEX that they have signed a contract to provide Bizentro its ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) solution for over 500 locally owned service centres providing support for electric appliances over the Middle East.
