The results of Alliance Housing Bank 2006 financial books reveal a remarkable net profit after tax of R.O. 3.9 million (USD 10.2 million) from 31st of December 2005 to the same day in 2006. This result shows that the Sultanate's largest provider in home loans maintains a strong dedication and commitment to sustainable growth, despite a turbulent market year and a 11% decrease on the previous year's profits.
For many years, Alliance Housing Bank has kept its hallmark of a sustainable and progressive dividend policy. Accordingly, the Board of Directors, with the approval from CBO, will propose to the AGM a dividend of 12 Baizas per share.
