The Wave, $260m contracts

Development on The Wave, Muscat has moved forward in the New Year with the signing of a number of construction contracts amounting to more than $260m. Two local firms, Carillion Alawi and Al Turki Enterprises, will undertake much of the scheduled development. Carillion Alawi will build 191 townhouses plus carry out infrastructure work, while Al Turki's main focus will be more than 300 villas.
