Cisco to triple UAE workforce

Cisco Systems is set to more than triple its UAE workforce, from a current level of 300 to 1,000, over the next two years as it plans to develop specific products for the Gulf region, reported Emirates Today. Cisco yesterday chose Dubai to launch TREC, its suite of solutions designed to address increasing demand for intelligence in network infrastructure from the tourism, real estate and construction sectors.
