- PRESS RELEASE
As part of continued upgrading throughout the property, Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai has installed a high-speed Internet service.
Siggi von Brandt, Director of Business Development at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, said: "Le Meridien properties are renowned for their dedication to customer satisfaction. High-speed Internet access is becoming an increasingly important part of everyday life and we chose the DataValet solution, above all, for their complete support program, which matches our commitment to customer service.
TravelNet's Dubai office establishes a centralized presence in the Middle East that allows the company to serve the local market more efficiently. In the UAE, the DataValet solution is distributed and supported by eBayaNat Company Limited.
The DataValet solution allows guests to connect to the Internet without re-configuring their computer settings. Furthermore, the solution also offers a virtual office allowing guests to print & fax from the comfort of their hotel room.
Marc Naccache, Regional Director of TravelNet's Middle East operations, said: "We recognized that Business Travelers in the Middle East have a great need for a managed high-speed Internet solution rather than the standard dial-up connection and we are delighted to showcase the solution in two Le Meridien properties."
