The DataValet service is being installed in the luxury resort and its sister hotel Le Meridien Dubai by the Canadian-based firm TravelNet Technologies. The installation coincides with the establishment of TravelNet's Middle Eastern office in Dubai.

TravelNet's Dubai office establishes a centralized presence in the Middle East that allows the company to serve the local market more efficiently. In the UAE, the DataValet solution is distributed and supported by eBayaNat Company Limited.
The DataValet solution allows guests to connect to the Internet without re-configuring their computer settings. Furthermore, the solution also offers a virtual office allowing guests to print & fax from the comfort of their hotel room.
