DM Contact Centre is "On Call" now

"The service, which can be accessed toll-free on 800900, will help the customers get all their queries answered without leaving their homes," said Khalid AbdelRahim Abdullah, Assistant Director of Municipality Centres Department and Head of the Contact Centre.

He said the service also helps them to avoid the traffic jams and long waiting in the queue at the customer service centres of the Municipality.

Abdullah said the service is facilitated through a centralized contact centre that covers all departments and sections in the Municipality.

He said the call centre uses state-of-the-art technology and distinctive criteria to achieve the best levels of services and performances.

Abdullah said the information enquiry system is a telephonic service that answers customers' enquiries automatically by dialing 800900 for the purpose of obtaining necessary information about Dubai Municipality services.

"Customers can also inquire about the status of their applications, dealings and required documents," he said, adding that the new facility also helps customers to obtain service forms via fax.
