Golf Estates could get more villas

Ireland-based developer CHI might build more villas in a second phase of the Jumeirah Golf Estates project, an official told Emirates Today. CHI is currently negotiating with master developer Nakheel. The group is building 121 villas in its first phase Lime Tree Valley at the residential golfing development. Construction is due to start in April 2007 and is due for completion in October 2008.
