British Airways reinstate full flying schedule

British Airways - the UK's flagship carrier - is expecting to operate a full flying programme from London Heathrow to the UAE on January 30 and 31, following the calling-off of the threatened cabin crew strike.

All seven flights that had been cancelled from the UAE to Heathrow on Thursday 1, and Friday 2 February are expected to operate as normal.

"The last few weeks have been extremely difficult for our loyal customers and I would like to apologise once again for the uncertainty this has caused and express my sincerest thank you to them for their patience and understanding. I'm thrilled we can now welcome them back on to our flights from the UAE to the UK and beyond,"

said Paul Starrs, British Airways' Commercial Manager, Middle East.

If customers still wish to travel on any reinstated British Airways service on these dates, they should contact British Airways on 8000 441 3322, or their respective travel agent as soon as possible to have their travel arrangements confirmed. Executive Club enquiries can be made on 8000 441 3686.

Customers should check on ba.com for all the latest details and the exact methods of rebooking.

British Airways would like to remind customers that do not have a confirmed booking, or who have not been rebooked, are advised not to come to the airport without first calling British Airways or their travel agent.
