The website also serves as a gateway for ESKADENIA's customers to log into the e-Customer Support site and submit their queries and reported issues to ESKADENIA's support team.

The website, in addition to all other web-development projects that the company handles, have been built, maintained and updated using the dynamic tools provided internally by the system. The Jordan Web Awards 2007 ceremony and awards distribution was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology during a gala dinner at the Grand Hyatt Hotel on 25 January 2007.
