Based in Kuwait, Blindcorp Middle East is a recognised leader in vehicle armouring, providing a full range of armour services at its specially designed production facility in Shuaiba.

Mr. Horst Neuber, General Manager, Abdul Rahman Albisher & Zaid Alkazemi Co., said, "It gives me great pleasure to announce our new joint venture with Blindcorp Middle East to provide our valued clients with exceptional services in the field of armouring heavy and light vehicles. We look forward to working with a company that has the same motto of providing dedication to craftsmanship and customer service."

The Mercedes-Benz Actros, a heavy duty truck, is the first vehicle in the range to be offered with the high-quality ballistic protection. The Actros has been equipped with Level B6 bullet and blast-resistant armoring, run-flat tires, satellite tracking and PA systems, and a fuel, brake and hydraulic protection package.

All armouring materials, techniques and finishing processes are completed using state-of-the-art technology, in-house design and quality craftsmanship. Blindcorp sources armoured glass from its own manufacturing facility in Colombia and imports all ballistic materials from Sweden, Germany, and the United States.

With after-sales support in Kuwait from Blindcorp's team of specialist South American technicians, the armored Mercedes-Benz vehicles provide unparalleled security and peace of mind for both drivers and commercial fleet managers in the Middle East.

Blindcorp has made a strategic decision to enter the rapidly growing Middle East market and the Shuaiba facility now offers clients across the region with quality, cost-efficient armoring solutions for freight, cash-in-transit, military and VIP vehicles.

"With its large production capacity, our facility in Kuwait is a superb strategic base for serving our clients' needs in markets such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Sudan and Somalia, where vehicle protection is in high demand," Saud Al Tawash, Managing Partner, Blindcorp Middle East.

"We are delighted to be partnering with the Mercedes-Benz representatives in Kuwait. The agreement with Abdul Rahman Albisher & Zaid Alkazemi Co. provides Blindcorp with access to an established distribution network with strong business relationships in the region and will contribute to our continued growth and success."
